Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional support via email, chat, and phone.

  • Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and product guidance.

  • Manage CRM entries and workflows.

  • Document and escalate technical issues when necessary.

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service in line with Deleteme’s mission.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.

  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and cyber/privacy services.

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).

  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and learn new tools quickly.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
